It happened (to him/her) with the agent.
Or
Le paso con el agente
I will pass (the call)/connect you with the agent.

Excellent comment! Thje only thing I would add is that this sentence is incomplete. This would have started as Lo que le paso, then i t would be What happended. If it started by eso/esto le paso, then it would be this or that happened. - Rey55, May 29, 2011
