How wouldyou say this...? Would it be "Digo que"? If not, what does "Digo que.." mean (If it mkes sense at all)?

Thats more like "I say that" or "I'm saying that". I think you might try "hablar de" or "hablar sobre".

If you are trying to say I'm talking about yesterday, or what happened, it would be Estoy hablando de-- ayer/ lo que paso.

I'm talking about could also be said as "Hablo de..", as in I'm talking about the way I feel. "Hablo de lo que siento"
