Couple of things about sonar

Question

So everybody knows : Suena el timbre and "me suena bien" etc...

But it seems that sonarse is to blow one's nose? I think I never heard it, just

Tengo que sonarme la nariz is right?

Me soné la nariz I blew my nose

Me sonaba la nariz I was blowing my nose

AND

sonarse a alguien means to fight someone?

Voy a sonarme a ese hombre, is that right?

NO quiero sonarme a ese hombre,

Más vale que no se suene con ese hombre. Right?>

AND

Ese hombre no me suena = I don't remember that guy, he doesn't ring a bell with me?

You're right on all accounts, except one "nariza" that I expect must be a typo. On my side of the world, we don't use "sonarme a ese hombre", but I believe I have heard it used that way.

Sonar la nariz makes sense when you think of the noise it makes when you blow your nose. You blow your nose, so you make it sound - ¡suénate la nariz!
