Hi Shay, Please use proper punctuation when posting, there are people here learning spanish and we need to be a good example to them. I have corrected your post. Welcome to the forum Shay! - Destroyed99, May 28, 2011

Should the first one be 'abofetearme'? Or could it be either? - Tosh, May 28, 2011
bofetear isn't in our or the R A E's dictionary. - 0074b507, May 28, 2011
It should be "abofetearme". - lazarus1907, May 28, 2011
Yes, Tosh, mea culpa. The verb is abofetear but the noun is bofetada or bofetón. - margaretcorwin, May 28, 2011

Very good catch, tosh, not so easy to find a mistake in your friend margaret's postswink

Abofetear is what you are looking for.

In Spain we use dar for this.

¡Deja de darme!
