Does this work same as English? Share your thoughts with us, comparte tus pensamientos con nosotros. What about the rest of us, con el resto de nosotros, con lo demás, anyway to make lo demás work there? Gracias.

Yes, that's fine: comparte tus pensamientos / ideas con nosotros.
Comparta sus pensamientos con los demás.
Comparte tus ideas con el resto de nosotros.

Does the comparte/comparta change with tus/sus?
And is this the imperative form of compartir?

Yes. "Comparte" is informal so, you would use "tus" (which is informal). "Comparta" is the formal (Usted) version so you'd use "sus". - Goldie_Miel, May 26, 2011
