While Tosh is correct on a more direct translation, the phrase that is more commonly said (and relays the same idea) is, "Que Dios te bendiga ".
I'll take a stab at it:
Bendice tu corazón.
That's in the imperative, so there may be a better way to say it.
Okay, you folks do know that "Bless your heart" is not a blessing? Usually it equates to "Why, you sweetie!" or "Such a good effort!" or "Imagine that!" or a similar phrase. My aunt frequently used to say "Bless your heart" to me; she was in no way religious and this exclamation was usually in response to the fact that we were exactly the same height and wore the same size shoes.
