Help correct my translations

So I asked a question about an hour ago but because of the way I phrased it I don't think people understood.

Below I have listed a Spanish translation under each English Question.

If someone could please correct my Spanish translations it would be most helpful.

  1. Is there a record kept of your work hours? ---->¿Ha anotado un registro de todos sus horas de trabajo?
  2. Have all workers received a training manual? ---->¿Han recibido un manual de entrenamiento?
  3. Does the office have documentation of employee training? ----> ¿Tiene la oficina documentacion del entrenamiento de los empleados?
  4. Are all supervisors aware of the new changes? ---->¿Son conscientes los supervisores de los nuevos cambios?

Are my Spanish versions correct? If not, could someone please correct them/tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Thank you! Sorry for having to post twice, next time I will be more concise with my question-asking. =]
