"en que" relative pronouns in statements

Question

This topic has been discussed many times and the answers have been very helpful. I was studying sentences on my other site which used "que" and saw a sentence using "en que" and was wondering if it was some kind of phrase or expression. After reading the many posts here, I did a Google search and found a very good simple lesson that I wished to share with those that get really confused on this topic, which includes myself.
