How about creating badges for creating flashcards.
Possibly only for those that have been voted as a "favourite!..
I have no axe to grind because I stopped creating them ages ago.

I think I remember this being suggested a while ago: that for every time someone favourites a flashcard set you created you earn 10 rep points.
It's not a bad idea really, it might help improve the accuracy in the flashcards sets if there was the incentive of getting points 
.
There already is the "flashgordon" badge for creating your first flashcard set.
