My question is can you please translate the questions I asked.
Here, to make it easier here are my incorrect translations:
- Ha anotado un registro de todos sus horas de trabajo?
- Han recibido un manual de entrenamiento?
- Tiene la oficina documentacion del entrenamiento de los empleados?
- Son conscientes los supervisores de los cambios?

It's pretty much the same as in English, but a little more flexible. What exactly is your question?
