I translate it, today something I can be talking? Is it meaning I can only talk a little bit? Or is it asking if there is something specific to talk about?

Able to walk and talk at the same time? Something like that?
It's really just a random assortment of words. Was it taken out of some context (although I'm not sure context would make a big difference here)?

It makes little sense to me. The word order is almost like Yoda: "Today something I can go speaking"???

It's probably one of those phrases that don't translate very well into english.
