It is from the verb "llevar" which means "to carry", or "to wear".

If you are talking about another person, you would use "lleva":

Ella lleva una camiseta blanca. She wears a white T-shirt.

If you are talking about yourself, you would use "llevo":

Yo llevo una camisa negra. I wear a white dress shirt.

But since "llevo" already means "I wear", you only need:

Llevo una camisa negra.

What level/unit are you on in RS?
