What' might "reperfilación" mean?

Context: it is a label for a road. I'm thinking it means to re-surface the road? Repair it? Improve it?

Esther, since no native speakers have answered, I'll speculate with you. I think you're right with "resurfacing," because perfil is profile and if the road is getting a new profile it's being resurfaced or restructured, right?

The translator gives re-profiling so that sounds about right.

Ah, here's where I'm supposed to respond to answers...anyway, which translator did you use to find the meaning? I just typed in the word on the main page translator and it came up with nothing. - esthermandeno, May 25, 2011
The dictionary often doesn't find things, if it does you get a better explanation but if it doesn't try the translator, button to the left of dictionary, at the top. Useful if you want a verb in anything but the infinitive. - MaryMcc, May 25, 2011
