Go to this area of the website http://www.spanishdict.com/learn and you can get started with the lessons. They're very direct, understandable, and fun. You can also use the material at the reference link to supplement your learning.
Enjoy yourself! It's a great website and a good way to get started -- although I suggest getting an introductory textbook, too.
