I just don't understand.

what is the difference between "bebe leche" and "bebo leche" and "come una fresa" and "como una fresa"

and why is there no "una" with pizza? eg.. "como pizza"

come = ??? comes = ??? comen = ??? comemos = ???

Those are all conjugations of "to eat" and "to drink".

Bebo leche. I drink milk.

Bebe leche. He/she/you drink milk.

Comes pizza. You (singular) eat pizza.

Comemos pizza. We eat pizza.

Comen pizza. They eat pizza.

Actually, what I put in my last post is poor English grammar:

I eat a pizza.

I was just showing that you would specify "a" strawberry, but not necessarily "a" pizza.

I didn't want to confuse you with another tense:

Comí una pizza. I ate a pizza.

Voy a comer una pizza. I am going to eat a pizza.

If you eat an entire pizza, as in the whole pie, then you might say:

Como una pizza.
