Something appears to be missing there, and it doesn't quite make sense as written.

Literally it says:

"I'm not (in?) if I leave /get out some see (although one could assume the writer meant "alguna vez" - some time).

Is like: "Si no estoy, es por que he salido" -- If I am not here is because I'm out
