¿Naciste en Estambul?
That is the correct way to say: Were you born in Istanbul? if you are speaking in the familiar form
Otherwise, you can say: ¿Nació en Estambul? ¿ Nació (Ud.) en Estambul?
And then, of course, you can always use the Translator on this site to get an idea of how it is expressed.

Yes, Wanna, this is correct
¿Naciste en Estambul? (Familiar form used to address friends, family children/younger people)
¿Nació en Estambul? (Polite form used to address strangers, people older than yourself and people in authority)
= Were you born in Istanbul?
