How do you say don't?
Okay so, I'm trying to say "never fear for i have killed the monsters" but I've changed it to "don't be scared for i have killed the monsters" so basically "no tienes miedo porque yo maté los monstros!" right?

If you want to say, 'I have killed' as in you've just killed the monsters, you would say 'he matado los monstruos'. The word 'monstruo' in Spanish is the correct word for 'monster'. 'Maté' would imply that you killed the monster in the more distant past.
I believe that the right translation is
No tengas miedo porque he matado los monstruos
The word for never is nunca.
