Mystery Sign(4)-Please read new rule! - Already solved!

Here is Mystery Sign number 4! But please read my new "three hour" rule!

I am instituting a "three hour rule". What on earth is that? I will explain. When I devised this game I originally had Spanishdict members who are learning English in mind and somehow in the excitement of it all, I lost track of that.
Lots of people seem to be interested, and I certainly don't want to exclude native English speakers, so I have come up with this strategy to give our members learning English a bit of a "head start".

And the rule? If you are a native English speaker do not answer within three hours of my original posting of the Mystery Sign!

You can, of course, "comment" but please, no clues and no complete answers. So once the sign above my avatar clicks over to "asked three hours (ago)" everyone can chime in. Now if you are one of our members learning English you can, of course, have a crack at it straight away. Hope everyone understands and "plays the game" in the spirit I originally envisaged. I will leave it up to your good judgement because, aside from the "usual suspects", I don't really know who indeed are native English speakers and who are native Spanish speakers. Profiles don't always "let on". So remember my fellow native English speakers - wait three hours!

Okay, and now down to business! -this is a sign I have encountered in my everyday life. The challenge? Give me the exact wording filling in the spaces. There will generally be a picture clue, and I will let you know exactly how many words and letters are in my Mystery Sign. Please note - if, when you have posted your final comIplete answer and you realise you've incorrectly spelt something, or you've changed your mind about a word - you cannot edit your answer. You must re-post.

And of course the first (unedited) post with all the words, correctly spelt, will be chosen. Have fun!

(Guys if anyone feels like tidying-up my "rule" text, you know, put it into a box or something, please go right ahead. I'm still a bit out-of-my-depth with all that kind of thing... - nonombre, May 22, 2011
I've got it! Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock. My family is all about word games. :-) - babs_irish, May 22, 2011
Are they? Then I need to meet them! - nonombre, May 22, 2011
I don't know how familiar you are with U.S. TV, but there's a program called Wheel of Fortune on which people have to guess phrases. But they start with no letters at all displayed. - babs_irish, May 22, 2011
I remember "Wheel of Fortune" - it ran on telly here for many years! Good show! - nonombre, May 22, 2011
