Does ahorita vengo mean I'll be right back, a waitress from Mexico used this when she said would be right back

Yes it does, there of course are other ways of saying that but the phrase is correct and usual, in México.

Trust me my friend, this in Mexico means: I will be back in at least two hours time if at all!!

I have been to Mexico twice....those guys drove me crazyraspberry

It means, "I'll be right back." "I'm coming" is usually something like "Ahorita voy." - hhmdirocco, May 23, 2011
