I'm struggling to understand the meaning of this phrase in the context it is being used. It is from a music podcast (Latin Roll, Rock En Tu Idioma) They use it as their tag line. In English it means Refresh your language right? Seems strange for a podcast about music. Perhaps it is idiomatic? Thanks for any help.

Without further context I would think "Cool your tongue".
