Is Spanish TV, like Telemundo, a good way to learn Spanish? What do you think are the best/fastest ways and why? (Besides this site, of course

Telemundo (Closed Caption), pelis 24, chat and practice as much as you can.

Destinos is a Spanish "soap opera" that is designed to help learn Spanish. It should be easy to find with a Google search.

I don't think the network you watch makes much difference. What is important is to choose the individual programs of any network that have good diction. Generally, news shows, some talk shows, and soap operas are a good way to train the ear.
