Do you have any rituals?

Question

After moving to a tropical beach, my wife and I have adopted the ritual of watching the sunset while listening to Pink Floyd's "Animals" while drinking rum drinks.

I get up around 4am before work, put on my headphones and play some Hendrix . Not too loud, just enough until my eardrums explode and bleed all over the floor. This tends to calm me down before my first open heart case of the day.

I open Celestino's door first thing in the morning, he needs to sleep in a seperate room, too little, so then he gets out and can play-

I do not listen to music, almost never actually, I like the quietness....especially when I am on holiday, not much quietness in Madrid, mind you...
