Dar el avión = to ignore someone, to shrug them off, to avoid them in a conversation. To translate your sentences, it says this:
Don't agree with me just to make me be quiet. Don't say yes just so that I won't "bother" you.
If you want to say "no me des el avión", you can say "don't shrug me off", "don't give me the cold shoulder", "hear me out", or "[please] listen to me".
