Es la medianoche. or Son las tres de la mañana.
El mediodía is noon (mid day).

"Mediodía" is at 12 o'clock when the sun is in the sky, during the day (durante el día). "Medianoche" is at 12 o'clock when there is no sun in the sky, during the night (durante la noche).
"Medio" means half, "día" means day, so "mediodía" means at the half of the day. Same applies to "medianoche", as middle of the night.
