''camino'' of verb caminar (walk)

''I walk for the street'' (camino) = yo camino por la calle

...............

''ando''

you can use with other verb

I'm walking = yo ando caminando

I'm playing = yo ando jugando

''ando''

not just walk, many more

Not much if you are trying to just say "I walk." If there is something that comes after they could be very different since andar is used in many, many expressions. Andar is often used as a substitute for estar. Por ejemplo : "Ando bien" = "Estoy bien."
