Todavía no; sigo buscando.

Todavía no; aún estoy buscando.

"Yo" is fine if you are going to make a contrast, like "... pero mi hermana ya lo ha encontrado"; otherwise, it only serves to momentarily confuse speakers, who will try to figure out why have you use that "yo" if you didn't intend to use if for a true purpose.
