What ian said plus... to "show obligation" you use the conjugated form of tener + que + infinitive.

Tengo que - I have to...

Tienes que - You (singular/informal) have to...

Tiene que - You (singular/formal)/he/she has to...

Tenemos que - We have to...

Tienen - You (plural)/they have to...

Por ejemplo:

Tengo que comer - I have to eat.

Tenemos que ir - We have to go.

I have to go - is ok

I have got to go - is ok.

They both mean the same.

But...........

When used in the negative or in a question you have (got) to used "to have to" - "tener que"
