Hello dontrycon and Welcome to the SpanishDict forumgrin

What you have posted is Italian, and you are asking ''Do you speak Italian, Madam?''

You are on a Spanish and English learning website, not an Italian one wink smile grin

You are most welcome to stay here and learn Some Spanish too tongue wink smile grin

However, in Spanish you should say: ''¿Habla Ud Italiano, señora?''

Señora is Spanish and is the same as Madam when used directly:as a mark of respect

'¿Señora, le puedo ayudar?'' = ''Can I help you, Madam?''

but when used indirectly is used to mean a lady

I hope this helps grin
