"Se Puede"
Hola! Hoy en la clase de español yo aprendió que "se puede" significa "you can" como "se puede usar la computadora." Es mal usar "puedes usar la computadora"?
Does this also go for other verbs in sentences like, "You take the second right, then you'll see it," or "you use the red button to stop it"? I'm just making up sentences, so you can use (hey look, there it is again!) whatever examples you like.
Please and thank you!

That's the idea, but literally speaking, "se puede" is a passive voice construction generally saying that it "can be done" whether or not the person doing it is "you". This construction can be used with almost any verb. The reflexive pronoun matches the "thing" that can be done and it is used with the verb.
"Puedes usar la computadora" = "You can use the computer"
"Se puede usar la computadora" = "The computer can be used"
I don't know why you would say you "can" take the second right. Or "the second right is/ can be turned." Just take the second right and you will see it
Puede(s) by itself can mean - you can.
Se puede can mean - 'one can' without referring to a particular person and has a similar meaning to 'it is possible'.
Se puede usar la computadora.
The computer can be used. One can use the computer.
Se puede = it can be
which is not the same as "you can"
no puedes la mohair
