The part of the play I like the most is when Martirio hid the picture of Pepe between the sheets of her bed and the sisters started arguing. I like it because it's funny and i can relate to it because i hate it when my sister takes my things without asking..................La parte de la obra que mas me gustó es cuando Martirio ocultó la foto de Pepe entre las sabanas de su cama y las hermanas empezaron a discutir. Me gusta porque es divertido y lo puedo relacionarme porque odio cuando mi hermana quita mis cosas sin preguntar.

La parte de la obra que mas me gustó es cuando Martirio ocultó la foto de Pepe entre las sabanas de su cama y las hermanas comienzan a discutir. Me gusta porque es divertida y me identifico con la escena porque odio cuando mi hermana toma mis cosas sin preguntar.

Or even better:
...porque me enfurece que mi hermana tome mis cosas sin pedírmelas.
You can translate 'I hate it when' for 'odio cuando', but it doesn´t sounds very natural in Spanish. Instead you can use: me enfurece, me irrita, me enoja, or even some worst words that I can´t say here.
