That depends on many factors.

How much work are you willing to invest? Do you live in or around a Spanish speaking community? How much do you want to learn? How old are you? Do you learn language skills easily? Are you willing to take courses in the language?

It mostly depends on you and your willingness to make a long-term commitment.
