If your subject is singular, use the singular form.

El es guapo. Ella anda.

If it's plural, conjugate it, by either knowing the forms for every verb or by looking up the conjugation (preferably the first, as it gets much quicker that way) and use the plural.

Ellos son guapo. Ellas andan.

For first or second person, do the same thing.

(yo) Ando. I run. (Nosotros) Andamos. We Run

(tu) Andas. You run. (vosotros) Andais. You-all run.
