How do you say, "and me"?

I'm trying to say, that three people live in my house, and then, "they are my father, my mother, and me."

Is it, "son mi padre, mi madre y yo" OR "son mi padre, mi madre, e yo"

So is it "e" or "y"? Thanks

The Y in "yo" does not sound like the letter I, so you shouldn't change from Y to E. It should be "y yo".
