Everyone will hate me for this, but I recommend eloping and spending the money on a honeymoon in Spain rather than a fancy wedding.

Well you know I'm going to talk about the photography smile

I have to suggest that after your regular wedding day images you also do a Drown the Gown shoot smile

They are great fun and something very different to show your grandchildren, je je. Oh and btw if you're looking for a wedding photographer I might just know one who would be available ;p

Congrats Paralee! I have to agree with some of the others who said spend the money on the honeymoon. I'm getting married in September and I'm trying to keep the wedding simple so we can go to French Polynesia for our honeymoon. cool smile Spain would, of course, be a great destination too. The Balearic Islands are beautiful!

Well, there are destination weddings. Where do you want to get married, Paralee?. My son wanted to go to Costa Rica, but not many people could have attended. Colorado is very beautiful. But there is always the cruise wedding. My daughter chose that option. and even though only the parents could attend, it was wonderful. So we need to know where you want to be married. On that beautiful mountaintop where your beloved proposed? And when will the wedding be? Before we can do a lot of planning, we need to know at least the season of the year and continent where the wedding will take place and then we can start some serious planning. This is so exciting!

I don't know much about weddings. I am waiting to see others ideas.

No sé mucho de las bodas. Espero ver las ideas de otros.

p.s. yes he knows this is not a sentence of the day.

Ok, well she asked for it, I'm going to start with reasonable ideas. I would recommend, the simple gesture at the end, releasing two doves. It's such a beautiful gesture of peace.

A cool spin on the cake would be to make it, not just a normal cake, but a ice cream cake! I'm single and unmarried so I don't know wedding cake costs, but putting some ice cream in the middle shouldn't be too hard, and it makes it easy on the attendies... instead of serving ice cream and cake, serving ice cream filled cake... jeje, my mouth waters at the idea.

Hmmm, as well, I would say, make sure (since you live in Colorado) do it outdoors, and near somewhere with a nice view! grin

That's all for now...

And again, ¡saludos y felicitaciones Aaron y Paralee!

Tu amigo,
