Hawaiian Standard Time

HST stands for Hawaiian Standard Time. Can I just put HST and hope that Spanish speakers in Hawaii will know what I mean?

I think you could. I've been looking it up on Spanish google and it seems quite common to say HST. I also found you could write it: UTC-10.

I'm not a native though, so I might be wrong smile.

That would probably work in Hawaii, but only because English is the official language of Hawaii and HST is an English abbrieviation.
