Best way to phrase, ''tell 'em how it is''

Best way to phrase, ''tell 'em how it is''

So i'm thinking the phrase would be something like, "¡dígales cómo es!" (if there are any accents let me know) wink Is there a better or more natural way to say the expression, "tell 'em how it is!" The context would be me saying it to a friend, as in i'm strongly agreeing with what he's saying to a group of people. smile

Gracias,

Within my group of friends some common expressions are:

"¡Eso es, dígalo allí!"

"¡Digalo usted!"

"Asi es, dígalo como es!"

In Puerto Rico it is also common to say: "Es la cosa.." to agree with what is being said.

I believe that with decir, the direct object is what is said and the indirect object is the listener--either can be omitted.

Ok, so maybe something like, "¡diga cómo es!" ? - DJ_Huero, May 16, 2011
I was trying to clarify that dígalo=say it and dígales=tell them. - lorenzo9, May 16, 2011
