Hi guys what are the subtleties / nuances between the following? I have asked my Spanish friend but she can't really explain thoroughly enough.
¿Cómo te va? ¿Cómo le va? ¿Qué tal? ¿Qué hay? ¿Qué hubo? ¿Qué onda? ¿Qué pasa?

In my experience....
¿Cómo te va? = How's it going for you (informal)?
¿Cómo le va? = How's it going for you (formal)?
¿Qué tal? = What's up?
¿Qué hay? = What's going on?
¿Qué hubo? = What's been happening lately?
¿Qué onda? = What's up? (very informal)
¿Qué pasa? = What's up?
