I agree with Eddy, his suggestion is what the sentence means literally.

It can mean, also:

It doesn't bother me anymore, at least, apparently.

(I won't show that it bothers me)

This could be

No me molesto más, al menos "de puertas para afuera"

It doesn't bother me any more, at least outside the house/home.
