It would be weird if you ask for a "María Sangrienta". A good bartender knows what's a Bloody Mary smirk

There is no translation that I know of. "Bloody Mary" is the proper name of the cocktail, so in most languages it is not translated, like Coca-Cola or Toyota.

It probably would have served you better to describe the drink (vodka, tomato juice and ....) as there are several Spanish recipes that use tequila & tomato juice and..... so you may not have received what you wanted even if you had translated the name correctly.

They don't have horseradish in South America, so it's hard to make a real Bloody Mary.
