To complement Sabor's post, in the quote that you posted, Geo, the hashtag is "#romartv". This special marking permits to keep track of "trending topics" in Twitter, which permits users to:
1. find things they find interesting
2. get a list of "hot themes", or things that are currently being discussed either worldwide or in their local communities.
