"A Tilde" sounds like a dance. I bet it would be a mixture of banda, merengue, and bachata. Everybody do the Tilde.

I prefer to use this program. It is extremely easy to use by simply holding the Windows key and the letter you want to change. It was written by one of our forers here on SD.

When you are typing your answer in the "answer this question box", look at the bottom of the box.

On this site, there are buttons below that have all of the non-English characters used in Spanish.

If you're considering using Spanish a lot, I highly recommend changing your keyboard to the international one. It takes a while to get used to, but it's worth it.

Sometimes I just use the numpad codes, where you hold alt, type in digits, then release alt, and your character will appear.

í = 161, é = 130, á = 160, ó = 162, ú = 163,

I hope this answers your question!

you're not your :) - ian-hill, May 14, 2011
No, you're is a contraction of you are. Your is the possessive and is correct here as it refers to the question asked by Wilma/ - MaryMcc, May 14, 2011

Well it depends which your you're looking at as there are 2, the first is as Ian said. - Yeser007, May 14, 2011
The first your was wrong, I fixed it. The bad influences of modern English are getting to me! D: - Felixlynx, May 14, 2011
Sorry, I thought you were referring to the last sentence. I didn't spot the erroneous your. A case of seeing what the mind knows should be there. - MaryMcc, May 14, 2011

Alt + 164 will give you a ñ.
