The thing I find most confusing is when to use words like 'lo, en, de' etc in sentences.

When and how to use the subjunctive mood can be hard.
Use of estar vs ser can be hard.
Use of por vs para can be hard.
Verbs that seem to work backward, such as gustar, can be hard.
