I downloaded the Spanish Dict Android App and it has the voice/sound feature, but all those 1000s of words in .mp3 format are being recognized by my music player. How can i stop this? There is no option to choose excluded folders in Music settings...

If you use your phone for this website. I have discovered that the stock browser (droidx) did not allow me to view pictures linked to tinyurl.com. I found a browser that works better though and that is the Dolphin HD :) - EL_MAG0, May 22, 2011

you could download a different music player like poweramp (there are many others that are free) and then when you select your music folders make sure you dont add the spanish dict app

I downloaded the same app. I don't play my music from the songs list. I sort all my music into playlists everytime I download more music. If I have to find a song in the song list I just use the search button. The cool thing you can do with those words is make playlists of categorized words. I made one called, el alfabeto and played it on repeat until I could say my Spanish alphabet as well as I can say my English alphabet. The word game is fun on that app. that's all I use it for. Amor y paz

^Thanks for the reply but I found another solution and that was to create a file named".nomedia" and put it in the SpanishDict folder which would stop the Music player from recognizing any files in there. The thing was I really like the Android Music Player.
