Question

Sometimes things are difficult with members...

However, I would like to think we are a family forum and a family at heart on this site, always, even though sometimes some harsh words are said and then, hopefully, forgotten.

I have only just learnt that Ray is not feeling well, please read here.

As it seems, he is having a rough time at the moment and I decided to personally open the thread to show him that all members are loved by us and we deeply feel for those who suffer.

Ray! I'm sorry you are not feeling well! I hope you get better soon! You know, you are the first and only Aussie I have known! Thats makes you the best! Yet another milestone for you! I remember our first interaction, when I took unmbrage to something you posted. You introduced yourself , told me about your grandson in Afghanistan, and I like to think we then became, as you Aussies would say, "Mates!" I remember you telling us of your reconciliation with your son, who you had not seen in a long time. We on Spanishdict.com all watched as you became more and more popular, and the "favorite," of the Skype forums. I was amazed at how hard you worked at Spanish. It was clear to me, and I'm sure others as well, that you brought the same characteristics to your everyday life, amiability, perserverance, wisdom and an enviable outlook on life. Ray, I doubt that you truly realize how much you have given to all of us. Get well soon Mate! We need you so much to remind us how to smile, and enjoy every day!

I don't know exactly how serious this disease is, but I always hope that you can be healed from it.

I am very sorry about your current health. I am sure that nobody hopes for such a not good thing, especially, with a good-hearted person like you.

Your good jobs and your wisedom have encouraged and inspired many other members to study Spanish. And they also play an important role to claim the position of Australia as well as Asian-Pacific region in the map of study. People in our region can be proud of what you, a patriot, have done.

This life promises the wonderful things which people always want to discover. And nobody wants to lose his breath. That's why I hope you will be strong enough to fight against any unlucky things.

As you are probably a Christian, I hope your God is always beside you and save you. You are always in the thoughts and the prayers of Christian members. And you are received the best wishes from all other people. I also think some good news from Morocco may help you so much.

Thanks mate ! It is still there and it is now 12 years , I know what i must do , but it means a 24 hour effort and for a while that means no SD which is hard to take , but it is all or nothing , and I want to hang around for a while longer , my mom is 97 - ray76, May 14, 2011
