Does the Anniversary badge still work?

Question

I have been here over a year, as have many other friends, and I looked at the Anniversary badge history and there have been no new badges issued since Feb. 28, 2011. I have written the contact us number below and received a computer generated response. Is there anything that anyone can do about this situation? Thanks.

You're right, this isn't working but I think it's already been reported, I'm not 100% sure. You could write to Chris to let him know. There's always been a bit of a problem with this badge though .

The date on the left side is usually the right date, but this is still a problem, right?

Actually, it's usually the date that shows at the bottom of the profile that's right, but when someone's only been signed up for a few days it usually says "joined... 1999".

Another Problem

I know some people I have gotten to sign up like: "iclark" who joined this year and their profile says to different join dates:

iclark joined SpanishDict (Nov 30, 1999) - this is on top of her profile.

Joined Mar 20, 2011 - This is on the left side of her profile

The date on the left side is usually the right date, but this is still a problem, right?

There is also a separate problem that effects anniversary badges. The join date changes when a change is made in the profile., like a new avatar.
