Cuando usar "justo" o "sólo"....

I'd like to say "sometimes you need help." Should I say "a veces, se necesita sólo ayuda" or "a veces, se necesita justo ayuda" or neither? Thanks.

A veces sólo se necesita ayuda.

Llegé justo al momento que llegaste tú...... I arrived exactly at the same time you did.

"Justo" is related to justice, and although it is can be translated as "just", it always means "imparcial" or "fair", and never "right now". "Se necesita justo ayuda" would be "Help is consistent-with-justice needed", which, of course, makes no sense.
