I think that You could say ".., y esto es cada 2 martes a las 11 am". As Cherry says also You can use "alternos"... " ....y esto es los martes alternos a las 11 am". But I think the first option is more explanatory.
I would explain the tuesday to begin the event, for example, "... y esto es cada 2 martes a las 11 am comenzando el martes 22 de enero".

In Spain we would say:
Cada dos martes
Los martes alternos is ok.
I am offering a storytime for young children in Spanish at our public library, and it's every other Tuesday at 11am.
That is what I am trying to correctly express Thanks

Which is the context'
Cada martes is every Tuesday. Pienso que se refiere a los martes alternos. Por ejemplo: el club se reune los martes alternos. Es decir que no se reune cada martes, sino este martes, hay una reunion, pero el martes proximo no hay.
i think is fine .. " cada martes"
I think it is "los martes alternos" like alternating Tuesdays.
