Se dice que los elefantes nunca olvidan, pero seguro que esto es algo que los tipos del carro no van a olvidar.

They say that elephants never forget, but I'm sure that this is something that the guys in the car aren't going to forget.

I have tried to correct this three times, Laura and it won't let me. Thanks, and sorry, but this is all I get is the uncorrected Spanish. Not sure what I should do. - dc-alien-z, May 12, 2011
I can't understand... dcalienz. What do you mean? What correction you don't understand? - cogumela, May 12, 2011
Me odio is not correct because "odiar" is not a pronominal verb, I mean : if you say "me odio", this means that you hate yourself, and I suppose that you don't want to say that, but you mean "I hate this airport escaner" - cogumela, May 12, 2011
Sorry Laura, I finally got it to work. I understood the correction, when I tried to correct it, it only put up my bad Spanish and no English. It is good now. Sorry to burn your time on this. Thanks so much. - dc-alien-z, May 12, 2011
"que se utilizan" is not correct. You could say "que utilizan" ( active) , or "que se utiliza" ( se passive structure)--> this last kind of sentence is always in the third person singular. No exceptions. - cogumela, May 12, 2011
Ah, okay :) If you still have some doubts, send me a PM, or ask a question in the forum, the question section is exactly for that :) - cogumela, May 12, 2011
I am sorry I was not clear. It was a technical problem with the computer, or internet, who knows. It was not you or your correction. I hope I am making this clear. Thanks for the extra information. - dc-alien-z, May 12, 2011
