Depends who you are welcoming.

¡Bienvenidos a mi casa! - to several people including at least one male

¡Bienvenidas a mi casa! - to several females

¡Bienvenido a mi casa! - to a male

¡Bienvenida a mi casa! - to a female

If you are asking a question How do you say welcome to my house?

You could say: ''Bienvenido a mi casa'' if you are a man

or ''Bienvenida a mi casa'' if you are a woman

If you want to say make yourself at home you could say: Mi casa es tu ( su) casa grin

or better still: estás en tu casa /está en su casa

I hope that helps grin

I assume "Mi casa, su casa" is at best trite?

Not trite. People actually say this. - JoyceM, May 11, 2011

"Como decir bienvenido a mi casa"

I assume it is not a question, but a statement.
